First impressions on "Tangled: The Series"
So unfortunately our smoulder faces didn't work and Tangled didn’t get a sequel. But it did get its own series in early 2017 which (go figure) is called, “Tangled: The series”! Check out the teaser trailer below! Why did Rapunzel's mum not correct Punzie's French? Here’s my thoughts after watching the first episode. So the first issue is that the show doesn’t clearly address where the series is meant to take place in the Tangled world. As per the movie released in 2010, we know that Rapunzel is 18 and Flynn is like 26 (an 8 year age gap). In the approximately 7 minute short released in 2012 titled “Tangled Ever After”, we know that Flynn and Rapunzel get married. But when does the series take place? We would have to assume before the wedding since Rapunzel refers to Flynn as her boyfriend and perhaps after the film since Mother Gothel is not around (sorta?).
